[mplpost] Manufacturing CDs

Hello All;

      Does anyone have a line on a CD manufacturer who will do packages 
entirely in a paper format using no plastic?  I'm aware of quite a few but 
I'm looking specifically for hemp using vegetable based inks instead of 
wood-based bleached products.
