[mplpost] Canadians be takin' over in 2002!

Perusing the gargantuan lists of 2001 Canadians' airplay that Harry
Bryan so capably constructed and just mapleposted (is "to maplepost" a
verb?), I was impressed by how many artists received high numbers of
spins in 2001. And I do think that 2002 will be even more impressive
with the number of new CD's from Canadian Folk Artists on the horizon. A
brief look at the Hugh's Room website, plus some insider info yielded
the following list of soon to be released Canadian Folk Artists CD's:

Daisy Debolt
Tannis Slimmon (yes, the album was ready in late 2001,
                            but the Toronto release is end. Jan.)
Rodney Brown
Ian Tamblyn
James Keelaghan
Jory Nash
Stephen Fearing
Bobby Watt
The Laws
Aengus Finnan
Be Good Tanyas

Should be a fine vintage, the 2002. Anyone else out there planning on
releasing a new CD in 2002? Please let us know!
