[mplpost] Selling cds

For this excellent discussion started by Bill it might be useful to know 
what the "average" sales are for an indie CD (or cassette/CD combination)
in one year and in one printing.  Are we talking 500, 1000, 5000 a year or
per pressing or what?

James Gordon percentages of income was really useful, but numbers would
help us all figure out where we stand in our own efforts.  The more
defined we are on this the more useful the information is.
