Generally speaking, Pages on Queen West (kitty-corner from MuchMusic) is 
the best source of hard-to-find music mags in the city.  I'm not sure if 
they carry Penguin Eggs, but if you're an arts lover in Toronto and haven't 
been, it's well worth the trip.

Prompts an interesting question - what are mapleposters reading?
