Anyone interested in broadcast band fm transmitters can contact me

Pirate Radio is Alive and Well - Although I havent heard that expression
since the 70's!  Below is a copy of an email I received from Joe Vincent,
who runs a pirate short wave radio station off the coast of Ireland - it is
