One CD I came across while compiling Northern Journey was "Canada is for
Kids" by Michael Mitchell. It might fit the bill. Mitchell appears to have
been doing the school circuit at the time (does anyone know him?) The
album has pleasant renditions of many of these classics, and I believe he
was offering a printed songbook to go with them.
