We put out evaluation forms a couple times a year to let our audience 
comment on our past performers.  We've had people who got standing 
ovations for their concerts get meanly slagged by some bitter souls 
on the evaluation.  My conclusion is that, no matter who I book, I'll 
never please everyone.
