Right on! Jim Stewart and his remarkable "The Marco Polo Suite" were
terrific resources in my research and have been cited in the 'liner notes'
of my song "The Marco Polo".
You also gave an astute observation regarding the correlation of "The Tidal
Wave" and Great Big Sea - as far as I've read, you're right again. I'm
really interested in David Stone's Halifax Explosion cd you mentioned. Any
more info? Is it available in Ontario? It is especially pertinent in light
of the Sept.11 tragedies. You must be from Down Home too...
