I don't know the answer to your question, but I do have Grit Laskin's email
address. It is grit@interlog.com. His website is www.williamlaskin.com.
(It's a bit of a history in itself) He was on my radio show a while ago and
we talked about his marvelous inlays. He is very knowledgeable and may be
able to help you out.
I agree with you about the need for a book on Canadian Guitars, as I was
looking for one myself. Let me know if you find one.
