FOLK ROOTS/FOLK BRANCHES with Mike Regenstreif
Thursday mornings (9-11:30 eastern) on CKUT (90.3 FM) in Montreal
Folk Roots/Folk Branches is the only broadly-defined,
folk-oriented program on Montreal radio. The CKUT signal extends
throughout the Montreal area and into parts of northern New York, northern
Vermont and Eastern Ontario.
CKUT can also be heard worldwide in RealAudio from the Folk
Roots/Folk Branches web site.

Folk Roots/Folk Branches has been heard every Thursday morning on
CKUT since February 3, 1994. This was the 8th Annual All-Request
Anniversary Special. Most requests were specific to artist and song. A
few were for anything by an artist and one was for a specific song by any
artist. There were a few more requests that time did not permit. They’ll
be included in future shows.
